Job Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within establishments by performing the following essential functions.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, and ship).
- Receive and process warehouse stock products.
- Mark materials with identifying information
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
- Sweep, dust, and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
- Follows all company SOP’s and GMP’s
- Fills out any logs sheets or log books as required by SOP’s
- Reports any safety hazards to Supervisor or Maintenance.
- Performs any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
Qualifications:
- Physically able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, and reach
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to understand and follow all company SOP’s and GMP guidelines
- Basic math skills (multiplication, division, and understand weights and measures).
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pound and occasionally push/pull up to 100 pounds.
Required knowledge and skills:
- At least high school diploma and experience in pharmaceuticals industry is preferable.
- Must be currently Forklift certified (standing and sitting)
- Experience Required: 1+ years
2nd Shift- 3:15pm-11:45pm M-F (must be willing to work 10-12hour days and/or Saturdays if needed)
