Adecco Staffing is sourcing for a Receiving Associate to work for an industry-leading provider of various supplies and equipment to upstream, midstream, and downstream markets. This position is temp to hire, after 90 days of employment. Adecco pays our employees on a weekly basis and you are eligible for benefits after a week of employment.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday
8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Must be able to work overtime if necessary.

Pay:
$13/hour

The Warehouse-person will be responsible for any and all aspects of the efficient workflow of a warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities:
-Represent company in a professional manner, emphasizing excellent customer service.
-Receive freight shipments of stock inventory, and verify accuracy for material received from vendors.
-Responsible for the cleanliness and neat appearance of the warehouse.
-Load and unload trucks, suction, discharge hoses, and hook on to rental equipment for transport safely utilizing material handling equipment, when necessary.
-Responsible for notifying other Branch personnel when requested material has arrived.
-Responsible for daily cycle count, and relaying cycle count and other pertinent information to the Warehouse Supervisor/Lead and the Branch Manager, when necessary.
-Check in and check out rental equipment direct to customer.
-Other duties, as assigned.

Skills Necessary:
-Experience with Oracle, SAP, or any type of inventory management software is REQUIRED.
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
-1-3 years' experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
-Experienced with RF scanners.


Job Requirements:
-High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
-Must have current, valid driver’s license and clean driving record at all times.
-Prefer a DOT certification or the ability to receive one upon starting.
-Prefer a TWIC
-Able to properly operate forklifts, and follow all safety policies and procedures (training provided).
-Must be able to physically lift up to 50 pounds.
-Good Driving Record
-Communication skills, both verbal and written, and organizational skills.
-Make and be responsible for decisions, following established guidelines, policies, and procedures.
-Possess integrity, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to results.
-Maintain a good working relationship with all company employees and customers.
-The ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, drug screen, and physical.
