Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting Contract, Wellbeing Specialist (Trainer/Fitness Instructor) role in North Hills, NY 11042! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Duration: 5 months
Shift: 5 hours per day = 25 Part time hours per week

• Leads in the development and implementation of innovative employee engagement and wellbeing programs and services
• Proactively suggests and develops programs based on employee interests and needs
• Facilitates employee wellness education programs
• Conducts fitness classes
• Conducts individual and group training sessions
• Manages schedule of group fitness contractors
• Coordinates culture events and meetings
• Manages the day-to-day operations of Wellness facilities
• Markets and promotes wellness offerings through various methods
• Colaborates with Culture committee to coordinate events
• Oversees internal sports programs and teams
• Intitates forums and documents employee feedback and ideas in central forum like Google Docs for continuous improvement opportunitties
• Gauges interest and involvement in local volunteer activities
• Promotes Company Sponsored Community volunteer opportunities
• Helps build awareness and momentum around companywide campaigns
• Maintains volunteer supply inventory
• When possible, captures group photos of of programs and special events
• Coordinates and executes in-house events including but not limited to culture, wellness, volunteer, holiday, etc.
• Collaborates with the Company Corporate Social Responsibility team
• Other duties as assigned

• Knowledge of coporate wellness opperations
• Looking for 2 people - one person covers mornings, second person covers evenings
• 20-25 hours a week
• Holds one or more certifications from personal trainer and/or group fitness certifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Capacity to deal with ambiguity
MUST be CPR, AED, and First Aide Certified
MUST have a minimum of $1 Million Limited Liability Insurance Coverage
