Adecco is assisting a local client in Menands, NY! They are looking for temp to hire Wood Worker Associates to work Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. The pay rate for this position is $13.00-$17.00 depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate woodworking machinery such as table saws, band saws, drill presses, lathes, shapers, routers, sanders etc.
- Cutting and shaping to smooth parts
- Verify dimensions using precision measuring equipment such as calipers and tape measures.
- Sanding
- Staining and Coating with lacquer or Varnish
- High accuracy and good quality work
Job position requirements:
- Able to lift up to 50lbs as needed
- Able to work on feet for long periods of time
- Follows directions and safety procedures
