Hi Adecco is assisting a client in Union WV in employing an HR Coordinator. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal, quantitative, and systems skills. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of Human Resources Team and will require interface with all levels of employees and applicants, providing customer service to client groups and administrative support to the Human Resources team.

In our fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment, the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing 100% on-time delivery and quality to their customers with a focus on project, administrative and technical support to HR Representatives and Leadership Team. Responsibilities:

Managing the hourly recruiting and new hire process for the Union facility
Support effective execution of HR processes in areas such as Leave of Absence, Staffing, Onboarding, Benefits Administration, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, Diversity Initiatives, Work life and HR Information Systems.
Partnering with managers on interviewing candidates.
Manage multiple projects to support continuous improvement for HR.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Knowledgeable with HR Systems and Human Resources Procedures required
2+ Years of Human Resources experience at a generalist level required
Advanced MS Office Suite skills in Excel and PowerPoint required.
Demonstrated high level of administrative expertise required.
Demonstrated robust project management skills required.
Due to ITAR all applicants, must be a US Person.

Education Associate degree with specific experience in Human Resources required
Bachelor degree desired
