Cite the job description and information you learned from your research. Use real examples to demonstrate your ability.

What do you look for in a job?

Connect the company values to your own.

How long would it take to make a contribution to the company?

Explain how your skill set will impact your first day. If you are at a loss, start with your personality.

Why did you leave your last job? Why are you looking?

Be honest but tactful. Stay away from negative or emotional comments.

What are your long- and short-term goals?

There should be a clear link between your goals and the position you are interviewing for.

What is your biggest accomplishment in your career thus far?

Pick an accomplishment that demonstrates your ability to succeed in the role you are applying for.

Can you describe a situation in which your work was criticized?

Be humble. Pick an example that shows you are a team player who can accept criticism.
